2010 - As Predicted - Sales are BOOMING!!!

At the end of March I told you that 2010 with a BANG and smart Buyers were out on the streets shopping for that great shore house that hadn't been scooped up yet.  The same facts have held true even more true through the second quarter resulting in our strongest sales to date in the past 3 years.


Even though some experts predicted that mortgage rates would climb back up, luckily the rates continued to hold around 5% and to date some of my clients are locking in the mid to high 4%. This coupled with the fact that increase rates that consumers can get on their money at bank continues to disappoint, Real Estate stands out as the best place to invest your money. The Evolution of the Brand New Old House

It really is hard to describe to most people how you can change an older home into a fabulous "dream home".  It really takes a builder/renovator who is talented, creative and innovative and a Buyer with an ability to invision changes as described on paper and through similar homes as examples.


In March 2010, Remarkable Renovations purchased a great old brick home at 8607 Winchester Avenue in Margate.  With designs and plans ready, the home was relisted for sale and within 45 days, the home was put under contract as the newest in a series of "remarkable renovations".


The renovations are truly remarkable and the home is scheduled to be completed on July 30th, just in time for the new owners to enjoy the majority of our best summer weather.
